Bubble Translate: Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Android app Bubble Translate (com.pascuallabs.bubbletranslate) by Pascual Soft does with your data. In short: we have no accounts and no servers that collect your data. What the app needs, it keeps on your phone.

Your content

Everything you record, translate or open in the app is processed on your phone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded to our servers.

Camera

The camera is used only while you take a photo or scan in the app. Images are processed on your phone.

Screen capture

The screen is captured only after you confirm Android's system prompt, only to find and translate text on it. Captures are processed on your phone and not saved.

Display over other apps

Used only to show the floating bubble and the translation over other apps.

Notifications

Notifications show progress and reminders. You can turn them off in the phone's settings.

Internet

The internet is used to download language and recognition packs once.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not collect your name, contacts or location, and we do not create accounts.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Deleting your data

All app data is on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in the phone's settings, deletes it completely.
