Screen Time — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Android app Screen Time (com.pascuallabs.screentime) by Pascual Soft does with your data. In short: we have no accounts and no servers that collect your data. What the app needs, it keeps on your phone.

Who the app is for

Screen Time is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian on a child's phone. The parent sets the PIN and the limits.

App usage data

With your permission, the app reads the phone's usage statistics and the list of installed apps to count time and apply limits. This data is processed only on the phone and is never sent anywhere.

Display over other apps

This permission is used only to show a cover screen when an app's time is up or during night rest.

PIN and settings

The parent PIN, limits and bedtime are stored only on the phone.

Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and general device information. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Read more in Google's advertising policy.

Purchases

“Remove ads” is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details; the app only receives a confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was made.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not collect your name, contacts or location, and we do not create accounts.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Deleting your data

All app data is on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in the phone's settings, deletes it completely.
