The app
The app is provided free of charge with ads. You may remove ads with a one-time purchase in Google Play. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play according to its policies.
Use
Use the app lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not try to copy, modify or resell the app.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always work without errors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of the app.

Night Recorder is not a medical device and does not diagnose. If snoring or pauses in breathing worry you, please see a doctor.
